Wonderful service and nice people. My garments were cleaned very well and they removed all the spots l put on. My clothes were well pressed and they paid attention to details on my silks. I have had numerous Down comforters cleaned and they come back smelling so fresh and fluffy. Thanks for taking care of my Grandmothers quilt. It was beautiful.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I took my wedding dress to Ideal, asked for it to be steamed and nothing else needed to be done with it! They dry cleaned my dress and SHRUNK my dress a WEEK before my wedding I am trying to scram to get it fixed. I will NEVER take anything to Ideal again and I will never tell anyone to use them!! The thing about all this is, is that they didn't call or anything before they dry cleaned it they just dry cleaned and thought it would be okay!! WORST place ever and WORST 95 dollars ever spent!!!
