Hi Rob and team, Hope you all are keeping safe and well. May i pass on my gratitude and thanks for Ultravision’s prompt and professional response to my problem of not being able to connect remotely to my camera system. I called your office this morning and was excellently dealt with by Ceinwen, who said she would contact an engineer about the problem. Later in the day, Sam made contact with me, but i wasn’t at home and he kindly agreed I could call him back when i was home. I subsequently texted him and left a message on voicemail to say I was home. Sam called me back after he had finished work (after 7pm) and he was at home. He said it would have been sooner, but his ear piece had failed, hence the call when he got home, which went beyond the call of duty. The problem was swiftly resolved by Sam, and I’m now back up and running. May I ask that my thanks and grateful appreciation are passed on to Ceinwen and Sam. Great service from start to finish !!! Rob and his team are professional friendly and very competitive on prices. The workmanship from the 2 young guys that came to fit alarm system and cctv is second to none, they were polite, tidy, professional and worked efficiently all day. I had quotes from two different alarm companies so when Rob arrived to assess what I wanted I already had a very good idea of the costs involved and the types of alarms systems available. Rob was very meticulous and provided honest advice and didn't try to sell me something that wasn't necessary. He provided the Pros and Cons for the best place to install the sensors and also the CCTV cameras. He took time to explain how the system worked and also its reliability to access it remotely. I had no hesitation in choosing Ultra Vision and when their team arrived the standard of work was excellent. The system has been in for a month and I am impressed with the quality of the CCTV images. The alarm system is so easy to use. I decided to have the system on a monitoring agreement so perhaps I need to set the alarm off to assess how effective this is. I would certainly recommend Ultra Vision.

A first-class service throughout. Initial visit from Rob was very informative, and a couple of further questions were answered immediately by Vicki when we telephoned the office. All work was completed efficiently and tidily by Rob's installation team. A measure of our satisfaction with Ultra-Vision is that we subsequently recommended them to two sets of neighbours, both of whom now have new Ultra-Vision systems with which they are extremely pleased.
