Usually love the food from here. But tonight we click and collected our burgers and two of them were completely raw. Mine also had a black hair in it. Sadly won’t be back again. Really worried about the possibility of food poisoning. Shame.

5 guys do the best burgers and fries. Yes it's expensive but it is a higher standard of food than you'd get in a restaurant ordering the same thing for a similar price. I would say this particular branch isn't quite as good as other I've been to. Fries never seem the same here.
Pretty good, pretty expensive I kinda feel like I'm paying restaurant prices for a takeaway. Be nice if they turned the music down so they could hear ur order.
