Evolution Wrestling Academy is a friendly, safe environment to learn how to wrestle, and wrestling is a fantastic way to improve fitness and confidence. Regardless of ability, you will be taught to wrestle safely. I've made a lifelong group of friends and I've been lucky enough to wrestle on academy shows and a main show. The older reviews are out of date. If you want to give it a go, come and see the set up and meet the team for yourself!

Evolution wrestling has a great academy for anyone wanting to become a wrestler. The whole environment is friendly to all ages and experience and the attitude set by the owner and all involved makes you feel included. They have a fantastic training team who support and encourage you through your leaning and progression. On top of that Evolution also have great seminars with some of the biggest names in the industy.
