Arrived on time, everyone was very polite and friendly throughout. Quality of work seems to be excellent and they accommodated a few small changes we requested without problem. Really impressed with how well they kept on top of cleanliness on a daily basis and particularly at the end. Damp Solutions came and installed insulation through two rooms in our house to help deal with a black mould problem. Ben was really communicative and responded quickly and clearly to any queries. Whether it was Ben doing the work or people in his team, everyone was polite, on time, and worked to a good standard.
Damp Solutions were very timely with quoting and completing the work required. We had some masonry and timber treatment done in our cellar and the site was left very tidy too. We were going through a re-mortgage which required documentation as evidence of the work completed and Ben provided everything we required.
