USING THIS COMPANY WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Getting married in 7 days and they still haven't shipped me the items I was promised. Starting to think it's a scam. They haven't refunded my . They've denied all my requests for a manager to call me. Try for yourself, call their phone #, they won't even answer the phone.

Wrote down the wrong shirt size, requiring replacement. Threads on seams were not stitched well... I would never have bought this shabby tux. Receipts in e-mail and on-line did not correspond to the actual charges to my account, leading to yet more confusion and waste of time. I will definitely not rent from The Black Tux again.
Loved getting fitted. The box was prompt and really loved the design. They made it really easy on me and easy to return. I'm recommending it to everyone and will definitely use it again
Went to Nordstrom's to be fitted for a tux to attend a wedding. Fitting was fast and professional, the tux arrived in plenty of time and fit perfectly. I was told I was the best dressed man at the wedding! All around a great experience and I will surely use them again if the need arises
