Each time I order, there is an issue. One time my order was fully cancelled at the last minute. Another time, one item was missing and I was \ping-ponged\ between this Panera location and Door dash for a refund. Both operations should be audited for better customer service.

They have a drive thru! At 635am they were able to make a flatbread pizza so that I might have lunch for work. They did not have any soups or salads available, nonetheless good customer service, fresh food, and fast service.
So I went there to get two breakfast sandwiches on 10/14/2020 around 8:50 Am and showed them a coupon that I had gotten in the mail from Panera! The guy at the drive up said we don’t accept coupons without even checking my coupon to see what I was talking about! ZERO customer service! I will take my money somewhere else where I can see more respect and honesty! What’s the point of sending coupons and dragging costumers to your locations if your employees easily turn your coupons down!!!!
Ordered the new broccoli cheddar mac and cheese online for pick-up. Received the soup. Pretty irritating. Was super excited to try the new Mac.
It's a nice place to eat. Soups are awesome especially the bread bowl ones. Also, they have 8.99 monthly coffee subscribe for unlimited coffee.
