Although most of the staff is friendly and helpful, the issues are not resolved making customer service a poor experience. Nothing would be necessary if the house build quality was goos. However, the Build quality is sub standard.

Don't even bother going in to the showhome. If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, unprofessional, uncaring, profiteering cowboys.
Wouldn't even rate this company with one star. No customer service, not professional or efficient in the work carried out. Very poor workmanship and don't even respond to complaints, they attempt to fix things when no one is at home and even then they are not done to any satisfaction. Wish I had never agree to external wall insulation done by this company on behalf of energy agency
Please avoid, never appear to do the work
