I use automated system to book which has never failed. You receive message to your phone telling you what make car is and who driver is You can track the vehicle to see exactly where it is and how long it will be. This is great for safety no hanging around looking where your car is with no idea when it is arriving. Drivers always been pleasant. All good

I used the website to pre book a taxi for early morning trip to the airport. The car didn’t come on time and when I called to ask when it’s coming I was told the booking system is not working and they don’t have the car for me. Thankfully there was an Uber available.
