Got my triumph street triple serviced with these guys and had an overall great experience... The quote was fair and they even offered to pick my bike up for free and take it to the shop! Awesome! The only gripe I have is they can be a pain in the butt to get on the phone (the service department rep your dealing with), but that's it. My rep was Karl and when we spoke the guy was completely great and got business done! Would recommend.

Great dealer, very friendly staff! I've been in a few times while shopping and they let me take a few bikes for a test ride. Not sure if I'm going to end up with the Triumph but if I do decide on it over the other brands I'll be very happy to deal with these guys! The have an excellent customer relations attitude and an impressive service department.
The sales staff are great; however, it was a nightmare dealing with the service department. I had an appointment for a recall and had the misfortune of dealing with Karl. He was rude to my wife and I; he also rolled his eyes and acted disrespectful towards the mechanics when they asked him questions. We waited 45 minutes on a 30 minute recall; we then found out they didn’t have the right part and would have to come back. Karl then quoted me 4.5 hours of labor on work that a local mechanic quoted an hour on. When I raised this point Karl said, “it’s no skin off my back” and “you should take it to your local mechanic, you’re not hurting my feelings.” On the morning when I was scheduled to pick up the bike we never received a call; we ended up driving to Latus and were told that Karl didn’t call because he “lost his voice.”
Very helpful with my problem. The bike had an indicator light that was showing a fault. CJ took care of things and took the bike right in. Fixed quickly and much appreciated!
I rely on Latus in general, and Karl Lipke in particular, to oversee maintenance and care of my motorcycle, which I bought at Latus. Whenever I talk to Karl, I get customized service aimed at meeting my needs. He helps me figure out what service I need and when and what items would best serve my bike to get me the ride experience I want. It's great to be able to count on Karl and Latus.
Hidden in the back behind all the Harley's is a little Jewel of a Triumph dealer. Really nice people, damn good selection considering the space restrictions and a cool atmosphere. Not sure it can win my loyalty away from Cascade Moto but certainly a great shop.
This review is for the parts department only. You sold me the wrong oil filter for my 15 thruxton. When I brought it in to get the correct filter, you had no idea which filter was needed for my bike. Your excuse was that triumphs website did not provide that information, the only way to find out would be to provide the VIN#. Unfortunately that day I left my fanny pac that has all my vehicle info in it, at home....., also contains 3 saltine crackers for when I get hungry, 2 fidget spinners - 1 red & 1 green, hand sanitizer & holographic pikachu button. Being such a large company full of competent staff, I wouldn't think this would be too difficult. On top of the whole debacle, you wouldn't refund me for the incorrect filter with the reason that I bought it too long ago. Wish I would have tried this when the service department was open, bet that filter would have been identified on point. Staff training is essential to assist with customer needs. Love the sales & service department - wont be back to purchase any parts.
Marsha was excellent, friendly and accurate with the part I needed. Jack is great too, I've known Jack for some 17 years now; great staff!!!
