I had planned to move my mother to The Oaks, and although it wasn't able to happen because of the amount of care she needed, I wanted to say what a fantastic group of people they have working here!!! They went above and beyond to try and make things happen for her and when her care level was determined to be to high, they still helped me, giving me contacts of those who could help me, and information I would have other wise not known!! Because the place she was currently in were offering NO HELP what so ever!! Their RN Connie was so helpful in helping me learn more of what was going on with my Mother, then the RN that was treating her at the facility she is in. The group here truly cares about those they are caring for and their family members. Thanks for all of your assistance and helping me, it is greatly appreciated!!!

It is a hard time for all of us. For the residents that live here, the families that are unable to see their loved ones during this uncertain time. As a family member of a team member that works at The Oaks, I can't help but be filled with pride knowing that my daughter works for and with a company that supports the well-being for the residents that call this community home. I worry less knowing that the team members are being supported from the leadership team. Thank you for making it easier for me and my family to worry less about our loved one while she takes care of your loved ones.

I find this place to be wonderful.The staff and resident's are so friendly. Everyone that works here are super helpful,and everyone works so well together. I've been in several facilities in my lifetime and this one is by far the best.

I love working here at the Oaks. I have been here two years and I work in the memory care unit. I love all my residents and enjoy working with all the families. The staff here are very friendly. I hope to stay here at the Oaks and further my career.
