Sent some boots back which yes had been worn for a day not 3 weeks as they have just assumed , , the boots sent back as it became aware one boot was bigger then the other extremely uncomfortable , and they won’t refund the faulty boots as they have been worn ?, so they are sending back , the email, is extremely cheeky , and abrupt , I can’t believe they won’t refund a set of faulty Boots , they aren’t fit for purpose .trading standard consumer rights act 2015 they won’t even abide to this . Unbelievable service , So i had to go through paypal resolution , and had to esculate as they sent the boots back again in a box damaged box
looked like it had been kicked about, which i sent back in perfect condition, they had folded the insoles and rammed them into the bottom of the boots, whcihc had damaged the insloles, so these couldnt be used, looked like it had been done in temper UNBELIEVABLE , it had bcome aware that the person I was dealing with took a atttidue that no matter what he wasnt going to refund for the faulty boots , he had lost site of the actual situation , paypal awarded the case in my favour, but GRS have even chose NOT to acknowlegde the receipt of the boots etc sent back to them again, they have also even chose not to reply to paypal claims dispite the case proven in my favour , paypal have refunded me an had to close the case as they couldnt get any reply from them, thank goodness fot paypal, other wise i wouldnt have got any money back , I am in totaly in shock at this. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CO ,BE AWARE
got my money back via PayPal on the 19th , just goes to prove , dont give up when you know you have your consumer rights on your side and the company werent abiding by this
