Poor customer service. I applied for a Chinese visa through them, which was supposed to take about a week. After a week, no update at all, so I sent them multiple emails, which they did not bother to reply to. Also tried to call them, but guess what? No one picks up the phone!
Arriver à Moscou et être retenue 45 min sans passeport dans un no-man's-land parce que le Centre de visa de Genève note sur votre visa que vous êtes un homme et non une femme, ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle être un service de qualité. Surtout au vu du prix. Un peu plus de professionnalisme serait appréciable au vu des efforts nécessaires pour visiter ce beau pays !
