Terrible store. Bought 2 fancy rats from them 2 weeks ago, they let me walk out without giving me any information or making sure I knew how to care for them. Turns out the two rats were sick and one died within 2 weeks of buying them, the other is hanging in there for now. Resorted to Tom & co because its hard to find pet rats elsewhere, never buying there again. Shame they treat living creatures exactly the same as the accessories they sell.. Tiny cages with little to no enrichment. Also saw 2 dead fish in their tanks while i was walking around. Certainly do not recommend leaving money in their stores. Unfriendly personnel who was a bit brutal when taking the rats out of the cage for me as well.
Nice shop - it has a good assortment of products for companion animals. I bought a traveling bag for my dog to travel on the airplane cabinet with us. They have also some small animals like fishes, bunnys, mice, guinea pigs, turtles and I think reptiles or spiders. There's food, hygiene products, and lots of things.
Nice animal store. You will find mostly everything you need. Friendly staff. Good grain free cat products but a bit pricey, need to wait for promo.

The owner was not friendly at all.... I asked a question regarding 2 rats that I would like to buy. He told me that if I was really interested in animals, that I shouldn't ask that question..... I ask since I was seriously interested...
