They have towed my car after an accident and they said I shouldn't pay anything, they'll bill later. After around 12 days I've told them they can scrap the car, haven't received a single answer after multiple tries. After Albury a month they have calculated the storage of the wreck for the whole month, and are NOT willing to send an invoice until I transfer money to an account which was given in an email. I have seen them responding here english, but in the 2 days I were there, none of them seemed to soak either English or German. They are expending the sum each day still...

They tried to fix my car but failed completely. It broke down again, three hours after I left. I was in a hurry and had to pay 300 euros for spare parts that didn't fit, labor done by their teenage son and unnecessary towing charges. They took advantage of me as a tourist, the fact that I don't speak Italian and was in a hurry. BAD PEOPLE, STAY AWAY!
Una bella giornata trascorsa a camminare nei boschi, una capatina a salutare gli amici e poi ....... l'amara sorpresa di provare ad accendere la macchina e scoprire che più che accendersi come un albero di natale non fa altro, nemmeno chiudere i finestrini o aprire il bagagliaio. La fortuna è stata quella di avere segnale telefonico e di essere nella zona di competenza della Carrozzeria Guerra di Gemona. SEMPLICEMENTE FANTASTICI. Grazie a loro, nonostante fosse pomeriggio inoltrato, sono riusciti a mettermi in condizione di raggiungere l'officina dove hanno provveduto ad effettuare la sostituzione del componente difettoso. Gentili ed efficienti. Grazie

Tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene! Un ringraziamento speciale al team dell’officina “guerra car service” che con professionalità ha permesso a me e alla mia famiglia di raggiungere la meta prescelta per trascorrere le ferie dopo un guasto all alternatore,muovendo mari e monti per procurare il pezzo sostitutivo in un caldo sabato pomeriggio e sostituendolo all’istante. Grazie ancora! P.s. Un saluto al cane mascotte dell’officina benito che ha conquistato tutti noi!
