The food is very good and you can sit outside in the city centre (long street) to have your meal. The interiors are air-conditioned. I can recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat traditional Polish food. You can choose and mix the items so that you can try all different kinds of food.

Can't remember how many times we've been here. We were told about this place by locals during our first trip to Gdansk many moons ago. Tried their breakfasts, lunches and desserts - everything tastes great, and prices are really low compared to other restaurants around. Place looks dated but I was told this is intentional, so you feel like taking the time capsule back to early 80s ;)

Nice, local and tasty food. No English menu but they should you what you have to ask for. Nice location and good prices. Soup for 5 slots and dish around 20.

Very unusual place worth visiting. Image a canteen from the communism time. Very raw decor, with beautiful vintage photos of Gdansk. Good food, big portions, very cheap. Unfortunately I don't think if there is menu and service in any other language but polish, however it's worth of trying and experience it!... if you are brave enough

The communistic stolovaja with rude communistic service. They speak and understand only polish. Gave me wrong kind of pierogi and I had to change it. The prices are cheap, the taste of food - ok

If you are in town, you have to try this restaurant. It’s a cosy post communist polish restaurants that serve very traditional polish food that are kind of fading out as it is hard to make them (I asked my polish friends and they told me this), the prices are ridiculously affordable, with my whole meal that I seriously almost couldn’t finish( and I usually eat a lot) came down to 27zł which is like 6euros. Furthermore definitely try the kompot drink that is free- a really nice homemade fruit drink that has real fruits in it, unlike those market bought ones.

Great hearty meal for very reasonable price, big portions, English menu available, they take credit card and outdoor seating in prime location!
