I know owners from the university times. They have always been dedicated people within their field and now are running a business in the field of robotics. I wanted to say how reliable and accountable these people are.
I own an RC Bench Mark Series 1580 board and accidentally hooked my power and ground backwards and caused some of the solder joints to melt and cause 4 components to come off. Called up RC Bench Mark and they helped my find a solution and give me technical support to fix my board. Hands down the best customer service and technical support I've received from any company. Will continue to use their products and their company moving forward. Thanks again guys!
I occasionally take the time to review businesses online. I just want to say that I'm really pleased with my dyno, thrust stand and accessories manufactured by RC Benchmark. Our flotilla of quadcopters are hardly recognizable since they are faster, more responsive and stable.
