Initially I was impressed with the gentleman who came out and set up the oxygen unit for my wife. Relatable and knowledgeable. 3 weeks after the setup my wife experienced severe nosebleeds that turned into a trip to the ER. I called and left a message with American Health Services on Tuesday to find out if there was a humidifier attachment for the machine that could possibly alleviate the dryness in her nostrils due to the left side being packed to prevent another bleed. They did not return my call. I just hung up talking to a representative (Friday now) to see if they had anything to help. She did offer a suggestion that might help. However when I stated I did not receive a return call on Tuesday, no apology or any explanation. When a loved one is needing an answer concerning simply breathing, and feeling more anxiety by the minute, the absolute least you can do is call back. Communication is paramount.

This company has been nothing short of AMAZING! They have bent over backwards to help my mom with all of her oxygen needs. I have not had even one bad experience with them and I have had to deal with them on more occasions than I can count. I wouldn’t choose any other place to do business than these great people here. They treat u like family! What more can u ask for!!

Dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your medical equipment needs. They have no idea what they are doing!!!
If you are waiting on CPAP and Oxygen, you may as well go ahead and die. This place never returns calls after messages left. My physician and the hospital called them a month ago and are still calling them. Do yourself a favor and call another company out of Charlotte that is not affiliated with this company or its parent company.
