Staff is very unprofessional. The phone hold time is very long. I couldn't wait so I had to come into the office in person to ask for my medical records to be transferred to another clinic. They said they couldn't transfer because they need a patient consent form from the other clinic. This doesn't make sense as I, in person, consent the transfer of my data to another place. Why should I need a consent form from the other clinic? Secondly, I asked them to print out my medical record so that I could bring it to the other clinic and skip all of the hassle, they said 10 and I had to wait several days for them to \prepare\. What do they need to prepare when the only thing they need to do is to click on a print button? Software nowadays are good enough to do that in a click of a button. Overall, just a lot of hassles for customers and I'm so sure they want to collect money from customers till the last step, last second, last penny they could squeeze out of customers' pocket. The way the office staff works reflects the mentality of the owner, the doctor.

Staff has no bedside manner they are very rude, don't answer phone and the Dr main concern is what pain pills to give not finding out what really going on. He made me feel like he is legal dope dealer and his only concern was what and why and how he does pain meds. But is definitely not interested in finding out the problem. I left feeling like he's milking my insurance
If I could give the Doctor a NEGATIVE 5 I WOULD!!! This Doctor has a reputation for giving NARCOTICS to ANYONE, No matter your health status!! Any Dr. who truly cared about his patients well being would NOT do this! This DR CAO HIEP is the reason my mother is DECEASED! If he really cared as much as she said he did, If he really paid attention to her Health status as much as she said he did he would have known her body could not tolerate all of the NARCOTICS/DOWNERS he prescribed to her!! If you are ready to DIE then this is the doctor for you! If you or your loved ones are going to the QUACK PLEASE find a DOCTOR that care!! Find a doctor that want to help you not KILL you!!
Dr cao is awesome I've known him for about 3 years now and he's helped me out a ton. Great guy and always knows how to treat medical proplems. I recommend him for anyone seeking a MD
This office is horrible. Scheduled appointment at 9 am, now it’s 9:30 am, still sitting in the car, waiting for the office to open! And this is the third time. Regular check up, need blood test, haven’t eaten anything. Staff is so irresponsible. Going to report this incident to consumer business BBB and medical association boards for investigation.
