Exceptional service. Came in looking for a bag for travelling around the world. The staff recommended different bags according to my needs. Taught me how to wear a bag and even helped put weight inside so I can experience the bag on my shoulder. Went above and beyond helping me explore the different compartments and the specs of each bag. Probably went over 4 bags with great details. Would definitely recommend for your travelling and hiking needs. At the end, decided on the Lowe alpine kulu (couldn’t find this brand anywhere in hk)
Bought an osprey backpack and a folding knife here for my boyfriend. The entire staff team were very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure about the other products but for the backpack I bought they have the lowest price. My only complaint is that they do not take credit card payments.
