Administrator fails to communicate with staff, family members, and loved ones. She puts the budget and revenue before the well being of residents. When speaking your concerns, she cannot take criticism and belittles you. Don’t recommend working here as your wage will never increase much and you’re not valued at an employee by administration. You’ll love the residents, but the work culture is toxic. Please send your loved ones to better skilled care.
