I was a student and the teachers were bulled me. I am not happy and very angry at the government and these college just don’t listen to me

If you complain to the senior management team please prepare for smoke and mirrors. No one wants to take responsibility. If they put as much effort in to running the college and nurturing their excellent support staff as they do in to being deliberately evasive or totally avoidant, it would deserve a five star rating. They don't keep relevant documents that reflect poorly on them. Selective information is communicated to third parties. Do a subject access request if you're concerned, but prepare to wait, and wait, and wait.
