Once we are called in, everything was in and out. If we didn’t have our appointment scheduled, we would have given 4-star (will get to why not 5). 1. Wasn’t sure why we are having to enter everything at check-in when we are asked to fill out intake form when we have scheduled an appointment for a given time. We filled anyway and waited 45 min before we got called in. Note: we scheduled an appointment only because my mother is a 60yr old and want to keep her at the center as less as possible. 2. 45 min wait: apparently, after asking why we hadn’t been seen at the given time, the appointment you pre-schedule is only good as long as there is no one walked-in at that time. I wish I had known that. Given the customer a choice if we are okay with it or not, would be really helpful. 3. Staff drawing blood don’t seem to be trained enough. It took them 45 min and 2 - 3 of the staff to draw blood from The person who walked in just a few seconds before us - finding vein issue is what I found out later. one staff calling the other, and they come out and they go back in to help - this happens for 45 min. We were just watching what was going on and we weren’t exactly sure if our assumption was right until when it was my mother’s turn, she noticed first hand that she has never had such a painful experience while blood is being drawn. Like I said above, once we are called in, it was quick for us but if there was communication of walk-in preference over appointments (if i didn’t read a note that may have been mentioned, I apologize, it wasn’t easy to find it), if check-in software is updated so that folks with appointments can just put in confirmation number to check in OR if we are not asked to fill all the details in email beforehand, and if the the staff is trained to learn how to draw blood smoothly, I will surely bring my mother and for any of my lab needs. But for right now, I am debating why should I go to any lab test now? Why can’t I go somewhere else?

Very efficient with getting me checked in and to the back for labs. The staff member also was very pleasant tans nice to my daughter offering a movie for her to watch! That was really sweet and I wasn’t expecting that at all! She (staff) also was very gentle as we were having a hard time initially locating a vein that was “working!” She didn’t hurt me at all! Thanks for the genuine sincerity and professionalism!

I have to say this place was great. From the moment I walked in, the staff was nice and friendly. I have to give a special mention to Jayleen (sorry about spelling), she did a awesome job taking my blood... In the past I've been stuck multiple times, and bruised horribly. She took the time, found the right vein and did it perfectly. I was out of there in 5 minutes. Kicker is, I just took off the band-aid and not even a drop of blood. I wish more people would take the time to do it right the first time. She deserves a raise. Thank you Any lab test now. You hired a great staff. And thank you Jayleen, for being awesome at your job!

From the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful and friendly. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable and I was in and out in no time. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely will return for any future needs.
