My experience was extremely positive today as I needed a new Cal Fire shirt for a mature aged employee, that would be me. They readily had my size,& CAL FIRE patches for my purchase today. They also offer rapid sewing service as well. The two staff personal were extremely gracious and friendly. I'm attached to the Creek fire and a big thank you to Best Uniform.

Greeted by grumpy old lady. When asked about sizes she very unpleasantly answered me with a very dry NO. She didn't offer any help with possibly ordering a size or suggesting another pant. Wouldn't refer anyone....

At first the employees can come off rude but after you get to know them they are very friendly. Can look at you and tell you what size you need. I prefer Best over Metro, were I found the customer service lacking.
