Amazing place to have breakfast in Freiburg. Located at a very beautiful location with a view of mountains. This will kick start your day and will make your mood for rest of the experience. Food choices and quality was ofcourse good, as you see in pictures and other reviews.

It's a lovely restaurant with a beautiful rustic look, fresh flowers on the tables great for groups. The food was good as well presentation and taste were very nice. I am looking forward to going in summer when I can take advantage of the outside seating as the views are lovely

We drove from Basel to get Sunday Brunch. But they only have Brunch the first Sunday of the month. We decided to stay and eat anyway as the decorations are nice and there were plenty of vegetarian menu options. We arrived a bit after 12 noon and were the only customers for a while. The food tasted good and was nicely presented. The space itself was cold like maybe they hadn't turned on the heat. So we wish we had dressed warmer under our coats.

It was a real disappointment! We visited this place for the first time, on a late afternoon when they are serving only cakes and ice cream so there was no running kithcen, not many people and it was not busy time at all. The owner who also serves the ice cream was incredibly mean. She did not even look at us when she was speaking and was reluctant to serve or answer a question of a 4 years old...They are saying that is self-servis if you sit at the terrace( written outside at the terrace loud and clear) and all people were going inside to order but when I was walking inside the restaurant for the second time to order, I was told to go out and order from my table so that I dont to cause a KAOS... How mean to say something to your costumer. They are ridiculously overwhelmed on a late afternoon serving cakes and ice cream which is just funny. So after this incident, I did not eat or drink something but the coffee that my husband had was not good either. Before today, we had a couple of time take away from this place like Flammkuchen and salad which were only Ok. After all I would definitely not recommend this place.
