The Biokeller Bistro in Freiburg, Germany, is by far one of the most delicious and nutritious vegetarian places to eat! The ingredients are 100% organic/ bio-dynamic, which is so rare to find and even so the prices are very affordable for a lunch of this caliber. The home cooked innovative meals are different every day and every week. The head chef , manager and owner Daniela Gala creates new menus with the seasonal produce at hand. You will be surprised and satisfied. Every week you will find some vegan days as well, so get yourself on the weekly newsletter to receive tantalising menus that, even if you are not in Freiburg, will get your taste buds drooling. The bistro serves only lunch and no breakfast, or dinner. If you are planning a visit make sure you get there as close to 12noon when the doors open. The bistro has recently been renovated so enjoy the peaceful, exquisite ambiance and marvel at how easy and tasty a vegetarian/ vegan life can be. Uno de los mejores sitios para comer en Freiburg! Variedad de platos bio, tambien veganos. Comida sana. Yo suelo pedir la recomendación del día, y no me dejo de sorprender. Tienen un postre de cocholate bajo en azúcar muy recomendable. Alta cocina a precio razonable. Lo mejor es comer fuera, en la pequeña terraza interior en el corazón de Freiburg.
Bei jedem Besuch fühlen wir uns einfach wohl. Das Essen ist einfach super und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.
