Will not return unless I'm dead on a stretcher! Went this morning for a simple appt. What a cluster &%&! Staff was unpleasant (trying to keep it clean) and the NP (Tim) was arrogant and less that helpful. Again trying to keep it clean. Worst medical visit in my 62 years! Should have kept my appt with Monore Clinic, FHN got me in a week earlier, never again.

Billing here is incredibly shady. We have had many...many \coding errors\ that would have resulted in thousands of dollars in over charges had we not fought it. We once took my daughter in for a sliver in her foot that I could not get to. The nurse practitioner did nothing but poke at it and said it will come out by itself and then they billed us 1200 for outpatient surgery. We just discovered they also charge hundreds of dollars for a children's vaccination that you can get through the county for 20. This is supposed to be a not for profit but charging 640 for a shot that can be obtained for 20 elsewhere does not seem to to fit that mold. That is a 3200% increase over the county. I know the county is subsidized but the CDC says the shot costs FHN 178. That is still a 350% markup.

Excellent primary care provider. The Doctors and staff are always kind, considerate and eager to solve any problems I might have. I couldn't hope for a better healthcare provider than FHN. Thank you for being the regions best. :)

Follow thru in calling back is slow, less than 24 hours however it was the next day. Go to pick up prescription, it was never called in, 48 hours later. Called again, receptionist was not exactly helpful, supposedly the prescription will be called out next week, have to wait now because it’s Saturday. Ok, great, thanks. Thanks for being a great primary care physician. NOT
