Quite disappointing. Had Apple Pay for my warranty. There was another worker making himself a coffee, while I stood in line for 15 minutes being in a hurry. However, the biggest disappointment was when I received my laptop back with a dirty screen (it was received all clean). Besides, it also seems like the problem hasn’t been fixed. Next time I’m shipping my device directly to apple, instead of bringing it to apple certified stores.

I brought in my 4-month old MacBook to repair the screen that spontaneously got lines all over. My boyfriend had the same issue, and apparently, it's something that happens quite often with the 2020 MacBooks. I want to reiterate that there was no physical damage (The screen was perfectly intact), and I had already had a call with an Apple representative at that point. When I came in, they said the issue was not covered by the warranty. They said they could try and ask Apple, but it would've refused it, and it was going to cost me 300kr. They suggested I just let them fix the laptop without going through Apple (more than 4000 kr) because it was going to be faster, and in the end, I would've saved 300kr. I refused because I knew the damage was covered by the warranty. I ended up calling Apple again and finally going to another ASP, StayOnline, which fixed my laptop for free without any question. Turns out it was covered by warranty, but I guess Apple does not pay for the repair as much as a regular customer would. I'm leaving this review to warn people. If I hadn't had the chance to use my work computer, I probably would've caved in and just paid for a repair that was covered by the warranty. I feel this is particularly dishonest given that most people are working from home right now, and need their laptop back as soon as possible.
I went to them because my phone had a swollen battery which also deshaped my screen. It took much longer than expected for the parts to arrive and my phone was with them for a few weeks. Honestly, it was very inconvenient to not have a phone for that long especially in the middle of a job search. However, they offered a substantial discount to make up for that which I find very professional. I really appreciated that they took the responsibility for their service.
Quick service, but pricing isn't very clear on the outset (fine with paying 99 kr for diagnostics, but should be flagged at the start of the process)
Fantastic service, good people and really good at their job. My phone broke it’s screen and I had to go out of the country the next day. They fixed my phone on the same day and send me a follow up email two weeks later. They are smiling, service minded and really nice people in there. Doing it all right.
