Poor experience, I hired their service and at the time of their technician installing a marker which I had made for my 5 year old daughter who had passed away they did a poor job. I contacted their office several times and they say someone will be there to fix it. To this date no one has shown up. It's sad because it seems like once paid they don't care if the job was done correctly or not, I also email them pictures of the job their tech had done an they agreed it was a poor job. Would not recommend.

Pricing is clearly explained, and they will ensure all parameters are adhered to where the monument will be placed. From the office staff to the installers, care is shown throughout the process. I will use them again and have already referred friends to them.
