My wife and I eat at Panera Frederick every weekend. We love their food and my wife loves the unsweetened ice tea. Our only complaint is the temperature is always cold regardless of the season. It feels like they blow cold air even during the winter. I am usually always warm and even for me it's always cold. What's up Panera Frederick with the cold temps?

One sad bowl! I was super excited to order the new Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl as the picture on their website looks very appealing. The pic below is what I received! Looks like someone ate half of the bowl before packing it. Not sure I will order this again.
Got my sandwich wrong but they corrected it with no problem. Salad was correct and was very good. Sandwich was good after correction made. Will definitely go again.
What can I say...if you want better than fast food but don't have time for a sit down, nice place to go. Love the tomato soup in a bread bowl
