Dr. Moran was great with the initial visit despite COVID issues. However, the follow up was the worst experience ever! I agree with previous reviews stating about them never answering phones! It was a serious situation I called 3 different days and waited almost 2 weeks before I got a call back. We were able to find a new doctor get proper treatment and be on treatment for a whole week before we even got a call back from this clinic.

PPG never answers phones and they are almost never in the office. Scheduling is a nightmare and the physicians are horrible at putting in prescriptions.
