I think Alpine is riding the wave of its own reputation without the quality at the point. They did a bobcat mount for me and the eyes were cross eyed. I called and asked if they could correct it and the owner told me they do not set the eyes, they come in the mold that way. That's not true as far as I know. I won't be going back. There are other taxidermists that offer superior work for less. Alpine has been going up on their prices the last few years but the quality has fallen off.
