The sales rep was good, the purchase seemed flawless, the car is exceptional however the information needed for the Global Lending Service for verification that I had a job , insurance, any bill that had my name and address on it was a nightmare. I actually had to redo the loan 30 days later because nothing I sent them was good enough for authorization. So we renegotiated the note and raised the payment 30 dollars a month. I still don't understand that mess. I was threatened with repo of the vehicle before re negotiations. Thinking since we re done the paperwork that everything I sent them was fine. NOPE. For 3 more weeks I was harassed to send more information ... I'm done.

Everyone was so helpful and so understanding when I took my car to the wrong side of the garage! The service person came out and explained what was meant by the lit up symbol I was seeing on the dash. Turns out there are things I have never used in the two years I have owned this vehicle! So it wasn’t a problem, and it was time for my car to be serviced. So my oil is changed, tires rotated, and my car got a checkup! I also learned that Briggs does detailing! So I know what I am giving myself for Christmas!
