The club is under new management and in the process of training new employees. The front desk staff seem overwhelmed at times and they can be short with members. As times goes on they will be more comfortable interacting with us and I look forward to when the level of hospitality is on par with what we received from the old Fort Collins Club staff. Keep up the good work. The face lift looks great, the new lockers room were a much needed improvement, and thanks for making the sauna bigger!

I would really like to cancel my membership. I am a single person with a child who pays rent on their own, during a pandemic, while unemployed. I put my account on a freeze which lasted about six months until I was charged this month. I cant emotionally reconcile potentially catching, carrying or transmitting a virus that has killed 500,000 people just because a gym thinks its safe enough to open, nor can I financially support them while I dont go. Please, free up that 50 bucks for me to pay bills with. I dont need a refund, I dont want platitudes, I want you to allow people that are uncomfortable with attending to cancel their memberships. The pandemic has influenced my decision to not leave my apartment and going to the gym is not my first priority. I should think that a crisis of this magnitude would deter you from trying to convince people to pay or stay against their will.

I love coming to fort collins club! it's brand new and beautiful and the staff are so friendly. the locker rooms are so nice!

The remodel looks great! They have everything you could need to get your workout in! Would be 5 stars if they fixed their spa issues: The hot tub jets barely work so it's like sitting in a warm bathtub (NOT EVEN HOT!) and you would have to sit in the sauna for an hour to break a sweat (i actually got chilly just sitting there!). Hopefully they get enough feedback to raise the temps.
