They are so good to our wild, crazy 85 pound American Bulldog. Our dog just loves going there and seeing the Vet and Vet techs. I highly HIGHLY recommend taking your furry family member there.

Hi Dr. Heflin and Aimee!! Hi Diane! It's Phoenix here! [raises paw, wags tail and butt] My Mom and Dad asked for my input on my recent visit And my Dad helped me put this on Google. They are great and include me in everything when it comes to me. So, after my visit we talked on the way home and we all agreed that Rock Spring Veterinary Clinic will be my vet practice for the rest of my life. I heard Mommy and Daddy say they wished their human doctor visits were as nice as this was. I am so glad because I really liked it there, and all the people were so friendly and nice. They made me feel special like my Mom and Dad do. I really liked Dr. Heflin and Aimee a lot, and so did Mom and Dad. We all thought they were fantastic taking the extra time to explain things to us like they did. We really appreciated that a lot since Mommy and Daddy are new to me. Dr. Heflin gave me belly rubs and was so nice even though I got a couple needles. I know It was for my own good and I forgot about as soon as I saw my Mommy and Daddy outside, so no big deal. Mom and Dad said they liked my visit so much that they are going to recommend Rock Spring Veterinary Center to everyone, even if they don't ask. Thank you all again!! I loved it here!! I have no complaints! Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate Lincoln (who is terrified of the vet) and to make him feel comfortable. He bonded with Danielle and on his 2nd visit, she even sat on the cold ground outside with him to help make him feel more comfortable. I am blown away at the level of caring of your vets and staff!
