I’ve been a huge fan of wrestling for many years, but was always too scared to try it. Recently, I was told I would end up being diabetic if I didn’t lose weight, so I decided it was time to do exercise. My brother found out about this school and we decided to give it a try. My only regret was that I didn’t do it sooner! I can’t remember the last time I’ve met so many welcoming and wonderful people. Though the training is tough, everyone helps you to reach your best. Because of this encouragement, I’ve done things I didn’t think I could ever do. Best of all, it’s done in a very safe environment and you are looked after during the training. Even if I never become a wrestler full time, the training has been a real inspiration to me, and I feel better about myself for doing it. I highly recommend this place whether you’re considering a career in wrestling, or you just want an exercise that will work for you. It has some of the nicest, and most encouraging, people you’re ever likely to meet.

Despite not training to be a wrestler due to special needs, I attend their fitness class on Thursdays, and am welcomed with open arms and Given all the help and Encouragement I need to get through the exercises, Matt and Amy are smashing people, as are the people I train with - If a little nutty and childish. ;) And Despite not being a wrestler, Matt and Amy are kind enough to let me assist when they need it. I definitely feel apart of the family. And with what I learn, I become more understanding and passionate of the Sport I love.

I've wanted to be a wrestler since I was 6 years old. Back then places to train were hard to find but over the years I started trying out local academies in Kent. I never really felt they were that good for what I was looking for until I attended SEPW open day just over a year ago. Now with 3 shows under my belt and making Headline news I'm finally living out my dream. Matt and Amy are absolutely fantatsic! Matt's knowledge and passion for wrestling knows no bounds and the entire SEPW is like a family to me and anyone else who wishes to attend and train.

If you have ever had the thought of learning to wrestle or at least want to see what it's like to better your cardio in a whole new way, this is the place to be.
