Good store - Friendly staff however every time I have ever visited this store there has been pigeon droppings everywhere. I have 10 photos in all, I have attached just a few so you get the point. I suffer from asthma, pigeon droppings are highly acidic and can easily move in the atmosphere causing bronchitis and trigger asthma attacks in asthmatic patients. I have had to stop coming into the store as my asthma is triggered every time I enter. My elderly father is the same following his asthma attack as soon as we got into the car upon our last visit we had to decide never to return. Such a shame for us customers. I have approached staff on this matter each time I've visited in the past, but it seems its the powers above them in management who are unwilling to help. I can only imagine what a detrimental effect this is having on the staff who have to touch and breathe this mess in every day. I also worry about children who enter this store with their parents who don't know any better. Please get this pigeon problem sorted Homebase Folkestone, its very dangerous!

The store was fine, but as we couldn't get what we needed, we could find no way out, after asking the security guard who suggest we joined the 14 person que despite us not buying anything, lucky a member of staff snuck through a gate hidden by the que we where then able to make our escape.

Some staff are helpful, some really don't seem bothered. Overall though it's a pretty good Homebase.
