Claude with Florida Public Utilities is outstanding. He arrived right on time. Was friendly, professional, courteous, efficient, HIGHLY knowledgeable. And a true gentleman. Basically, while he did his work, he also provided me with a condensed college course on gas and household appliances. Seriously. I now know more about thermo-couplings and burners and gas velocity and safety measures (watching for air pockets when re-starting gas flow, etc.) than I ever dreamed I would. Fascinating stuff. The word that comes to mind is eassuring.\ That's what Claude is. He is a genuine tradesman. Skilled and caring. As I watched him do his thing, you realize how many safety precautions folks like him take, and you feel like you're in great hands. All in all, just a pleasure. Thank you, Claude.

Spoke with two individuals first Joslyn which was very helpful but then unfortunately got accidentally disconnected. I called back and didn’t have to wait to long. Then got connected to Kaela. Who helped set up my account. She was very helpful and attentive. I like the customer service. It was my first time experience with them. Both times that I called I didn’t have to be on hold for to long. Which is always nice. Again I’m only basing it off this experience. Sometimes those 1 star reviews can seem scary that you’re going to deal with awful customer service, but you just never know who you might get on that other end of the phone so don’t allow 1 star reviews keep you from thinking you’re going to hate the service.
hello friends, never put a Propane installation in WPB, with the offices in Lantana, they rob you. If they steal from you, I spent 4 years with their service, the first 2 were only good for 50 a month, and two years ago they have been stealing and cheating me. After seeing for a year, that you were shamelessly robbing me, and after having requested an impector for 2 times, in the month of September, I changed my water heater and appliances to electric use and stopped using propane, but you They keep stealing my money, yesterday I spoke to one of their employees on the phone and had my propane account canceled on 11/12/2020, and I immediately request that the Propane tank be removed from my property. I have photos of the meter and its reading the day the service was taken away, and I will also publish it, Another fraud they do is that supposedly and without the authorization of the client they charge you for an estimate, even with a meter
This has to be the worst company for customer service. I waited 8.5 hours for a return call I never got. I only wanted to get service to my home. They never answer phones, nor do they call you back as they state. I would rather have a buried gas tank instead of dealing with careless people who are lucky to even have a job. To be blunt. they suck!
Hands down worst company I have ever had to deal with. It makes me miss spending hours on the phone with comcast. They are extremely unprofessional and have absolutely no idea how gas works. I have a temporary 100 pound tank filled to 80%. According to my bill they some how managed to fit roughly 150 pounds of gas and told me they put extra for me... The lack of caring, compassion, and intelligence is unbelievable. I had them come pick up the tank and am currently finding another provider. I rather spend more money and get customer service with a higher IQ.
