I had an appointment for 11 am. Doctor wasn’t available until 11:45. Went over all my issues and had paperwork to be filled out by her. Her comment was,” we will have to set up a phone appointment because she had another patient. So she was 45 minutes late, and now I have to set up another appointment because she “ has another appointment “.

Dr McNeil is caring and through. The staff here all care and provide excellent service. It is nice to not have to commute to see the VA. I glad I can do a lot of things here instead of going to Detroit, Saginaw or Ann Arbor
