Con artists. They pretend items are in stock and give you a near delivery date. Paypal listed as a payment method but isn't at checkout. Nothing arrives on the set day and when you chase them they say it will actually be months before it arrives. You request a refund so you can buy elsewhere and communication stops from them. You eventually have to try getting a chargeback from your bank, or they deliver months later regardless of the fact that you requested cancellation and have bought elsewhere in the months since. Do you yourself a favour and avoid.

Purchased a dressing table set, online only showed the dressing table and seat but when delivered it had an adjustable mirror included. Price was really good for the complete set and delivery was quicker than expected given the current lockdown. Only negative was the corner of the table was slightly damaged but nothing worth crying over. Overall, very good experience and would recommend no problem.
I purchased a beautiful sideboard in the past number of days and the team delivered it on time. They were friendly and helpful. The sales staff were also very professional. I would recommend them.
Ordered advertised chair early January. No delivery. Weeks waiting, 3 calls and 3 emails later ... Flanagan’s finally calls and cancels my order as they “are too busy with working remote and don’t know if suppliers will ever provide chair” ... even if Flanagan web-site showed item “available” when I ordered (wouldn’t have ordered, otherwise!). Not sure being told “we are too busy to talk to you or email and excuse that supplier channels are uncertain” constitutes satisfactory service. Actually, I do know ... no, it doesn’t! Buyer, beware ...
Not sure how this company can even score 3.6. Had a absolutely appalling experience with Flanagans - orders items with 2 week delivery, no contact for 6 weeks. When I rang them for an update they told me that the items I had ordered were not only not in stock but discontinued (this was only when I rang them - how much longer were they going to wait to tell me this). They offered alternatives which we nothing like the original items ordered and when I asked for a refund the refused until I quoted CCPC website. Told I was getting refund then they rang me to arrange delivery of the alternative items I told them I didn't want. When I refused to accept delivery they rang my wife to see would she accept delivery. Terrible experience, terrible customer support, AVOID at all cost.
I ordered a Sideboard from Flanagan's which stated on the Invoice would be delivered between 3-4 weeks. Over 6 weeks later I had not received anything despite 2 calls, 2 e-mails, online query, and 1 letter. To say I was fuming would be an understatement. After the letter of complaint 2 days later it was delivered by car. I then got an e-mail 2 days later to say it was delivered the previous week! It was not. Damage limitation on their part. I will never use this company again. I would have given zero stars in this post but in order for post to be accepted you had to award it a star. They do not deserve 1 star! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID.....buyer beware....
Terrible terrible business. Take money for items they don't have in stock, took 5 weeks for delivery and only came after numerous phone calls and charge back on debit card due to not getting item. I'm not the only one either. Reviews turned off on fb for this reason id imagine. Chair came from another company via courier in the end. When you call it's not Buncrana you get through to and nobody can give a straight answer. Extremely disappointed with the service. Tried to support an Irish run family company which it claims to be but it's not as advertised. Not worth the stress of giving them your money unless your happy to wait weeks for delivery after hours on the phone. Go elsewhere Edited to add....the 5star reviews here are mostly fake. The \customers\ are based in USA...Im fairly sure if they can't get a chair to Longford they certainly wouldn't manage to get it State Side!! Also beware of an abundance of 5star reviews on trust pilot...all of which are \invited\ by the business...apparently because they've approached they're \satisfied customers\ for reviews....Not worth the stress or hassle of buying from them regardless of what sort of come back they answer to this review and the others.
