Fine Italian dining experience standing up to their Michelin star status, great service and advice from the staff (although missing a sommelier there?) we really felt overwhelmed during our stay! Food was fine and nicely plated but just missing the extra kick for me (no “wow factor” sorry). The restaurant / group also own a farm in Tuscany so about 75% of the product on your plate are coming from there! It’s also great to finish a gastronomic experience with a very decent espresso ... not always the case outside Italy! Thanks for having us.

The best restaurant in Florence - cozy restaurant, great food and lovely service. The purple risotto is the best risotto I have ever had and should you visit and find it on the menu then don’t hesitate - order it and buy a bottle of Italy’s best bubbly wine - their Franciacorta - a heavenly combination.

My husband and I eat at Michelin Star restaurants every time we visit a new country , and I have to say this was by far one of the best meals we have had. Staff was friendly and polite and the service was impeccable. The food was beautifully presented, with every little detail carefully planned (even down to the choice of plates) . The burst of flavours and textures was indescribable, unbelievably delicious, creative, mature and complex dishes by a brilliant chef! Definitely deserving of another star
