We had a nice aperitivo at B-roof. The food was not bad at all but perhaps a little out of place with the overall standard of the hotel. The roof top itself is big and beautiful with a few touches that could do with a revamp. The view is stunning from every corners. The theme of the drinks were absinthe based on the evening we went, that also could do with a bit more work. Overall, good value and a good experience.

Huge terrace with undeniably beautiful views, but it’s the little details that keep it from rising to 5 stars. Everything is old, but seems clean and well-maintained. There’s a great potential here... but they desperately need a mixologist - my drink wasn’t spectacular and before I was halfway through it was warm, and a better sound system because the volume of the music kept going from low to high to scratchy and we heard the same song three times in the hour we were there. The aperitivo was a delightful and unique selection, and even though everything tasted good, I worried for its freshness - for no reason really, just a hunch. There were surprisingly few people there. The waiters were all very nice and also bilingual. I would definitely go back, maybe with a big group...
I was there on 24th September at 7:30pm. I was the first customer so we could choose any table we want. Maybe it is first come first served. Duomo View is fantastic and other view is also beautiful. I recommend you take many pictures. As you can see in many reviews, you can enjoy Firenze view in all times. Regardless of Lunch and Dinner time, it shows the best view of Firenze which is very romantic. Food was great. Not perfect because duck and other meat dish was a lot salty but I like that kind of taste so it was not that problem. Price is somewhat reasonable considering B-Roof location, view and professional serving. 2 3 dish would be enough for two people and glass white wine was also satisfying I made a reservation via Fork and they sent me message.
Very nice roof terrace. Good food and excellent price/value ratio.
Not the cheapest option in Florence but definitely the one with the best view. The food is very good as well. If you're looking for a special treat come here.
