I've been donating for about a month. What bugs me the most is how they have 5 screening stations but rarely there are more than 2 open at a time. There could be a line out the door and only 2 stations open. They say they are customer service focused, however this is a clear indication that its simply not the case. After you are screened, it goes pretty fast. It would be appreciated if the screening stations were better staffed. Donors will thank you!

I was nervous to start donating and was pleasantly surprised at easy it was. The place is very clean and the staff is attentive and courteous. Another bonus is that it actually can earn a decent amount of extra cash. I am going to this as my Christmas fund. A little tip, to help the process go faster, stay hydrated before your visit and bring a little squishy ball.

I have donated before but it's been awhile, I am a First Time donor for Octapharma. 1. They have a very clean area 2. Excellent Customer Service 3. Explained Everything to me which is great because something's i have forgotten since it's been a while from last donation. 4. They all seem like they love what they do and there was no attitudes of any kind. Overall 100% glad I came here instead of going anywhere else!! Please if you're a new donor go here! Just remember it takes a while for first time donation and they are in process of training. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to donate Saving lives , making medicine is the best feeling
