My dog Lily and I have now done both the puppy and junior classes with Fetch. The former we did in person and the latter via Zoom. The content was tailored to suit the age of the puppy and Lily and I received a lot of feedback on how we were applying the techniques that had been taught. Beverley provided a lot of detailed content and information after each session, and it felt like you could build on her instructions week by week. There is enough communication ahead of each class to enable you to gather the right tools and equipment that you may need during the session. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Each dog owner would get individual feedback and some specific attention during the sessions. In particular, I thought the zoom sessions were really well run. The classes so far have really helped me set Lily up on the right path to enabling her to be a well behaved (and much loved) member of the family. I cannot recommend Fetch! enough.

A fantastic experience for me and my puppy - we both learned a vast amount over the 4 weeks initial training and Beverley's 'pearls of wisdom' for owners every week set us on the right path to a much calmer and happy pup. We will be taking up the Junior lessons to follow on from the puppy training and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these classes. Warm, friendly, supportive, professional and hugely rewarding. All based on only positive experiences for your pup, even with the social distanced training applied.
My partner and I have just finished taking our 4 month old spaniel through Fetch's puppy classes (4 weeks). I recommend Beverley's courses to anyone with a dog that they want to grow into a trained, responsive and happy dog. Having grown up with dogs my whole life, I was slightly skeptical about what I would be told I didn't know. But I am now so very glad we signed up to the puppy classes. Whilst we were somewhat seduced by the idea that we could just train our dog ourselves with the wealth of information available online, I would now caution against that; it's authorship is not known, and there is so much information and advice out there that it is hard to know which of it is right for (y)our dog. By picking Fetch and sticking with the one training regime, you get a consistent approach to training, and our dog for sure learns best when training is consistent. There is also the opportunity to ask specific questions or for advice for specific problems or challenges that your puppy might be going through. The courses are not 'intensive', but build very gradually. Again - I was convinced initially that it was too slow and that our pet would have no problems going faster. Looking back now, I can see that was to the detriment of the training - stay at the course's pace. Two aspects of the training has turned out to be absolute gold dust; the techniques used to slowly calm our dog when she seems to have become hyperactive and even bite-y; and the routine to settle our dog when we don't want her running around and trying to play. These techniques have made it easier to prevent our spaniel from becoming over-excited and out of control, and also has made it easier to make sure she gets the right amount of sleep daily, which in turn helps training. My puppy and I thoroughly enjoyed the puppy classes run by Beverley and her team. I've come away with a wealth of knowledge both from the classes and follow up emails that I've been able to share with our family. We now have a better understand of our puppy, and a well behaved puppy (most of the time!). We're looking forward to doing more classes in the future.
We recently got help from Beverly for our highly stressed and and anxious Jackapoo who had some behavioural issues relating to a broken leg, difficulties socialising with dogs and barked most of the night (and had done since we got him as a puppy) meaning months of no sleep for us. After just one session with Beverly we saw improvements and after just 3 sessions Mo was a completely different dog. Beverly was incredibly professional, caring and supportive. Her ability to identify many small significant changes to our home, feeding methods, and routine means we now have a calmer, quieter(!) dog who sleeps through the night. I simply cannot commend Beverly enough.
