Shame A Name

Online order was easy, I found the items I wanted - cod, haddock & sardines. Delivery was spot on, I was informed of delivery timeslot. Items were well-packed and frozen. The fish tasted nice with no funny smell. I'm happy with the quality of the frozen fish. Excellent value for money. Cheapest fish and chips quality cod and haddock I could find. Just look at the picture of the XL cod fillet. Massive.

These guys are excellent. I ordered a Christmas present for my dad from them and they had a glitch with the courier, but Eileen was able to arrange transportation herself and the delivery came in time for Christmas. It looks delicious. I would really recommend them, the customer service was top class!

Supposed to have delivered my order today but were let down by their courier company not delivering to Tier 4. Went and collected instead (130 mile round trip) but was looked after by Eileen over the phone and the guys in the shop area this morning were great too and very friendly. 100% use them again. Merry Christmas!

I don't even sure they are worth this 1 star...all customer service looks like scam..I placed my order, got confirmation from their courier that ir will be delivered - awesome, waiting- nothing, got another message that it was attended to delivered but now I need to rebook it ..great! spent all day at home waited for this delivery, so just waisted my time (Friday). Booked new delivery day for Monday.....nothing....I wrote email tp Bradley's about my delivery- no reply...wrote email for courier company- again no reply....tried to call- busy....so basically they just charged me and took my money and that's it.....I didn't received anything...still waiting for any reply
