All of the Clerks seem to be confused and not sure of how to process a registration or renewal. I handle my business vehicle renewals and it is always a hassle.

Our clerk was nice, but mistakenly tried to charge us over 2,000 per vehicle to register and get plates. Even after correcting the first error (we had done the online instructions) she again said it was 2,000 for the second vehicle. The ACTUAL total for both was less than 400. Those are some pricey mistakes. If we hadn’t been versed on the details ahead of time, they would have fleeced us! And forget trying to get through by phone. Won’t happen.
