Not much going on in the middle of winter but that's the beauty of this place just like the rest of Big Bear Lake, no matter what the season is, it's beautiful. Picturesque. Not a lot of snow this year but enough to make it a place to take nice photographs. Obviously it'll get cold and windy in the winter but during summer, that's whole different review.

Outstanding Customer Service; North Shore Landing was a lifesaver! We launched our Seadoo from public marina but didn't realize they closed at 3pm. We called North Shore Landing and while they don't have a boat launch, the woman who answered, put me on hold and called around to find a place for us to get the SeaDoo out of the water. Thank you so much!!

North shore landing was amazing my family and I made a booking last minute they were awesome that was the only place that me book Two days before the staff is really awesome and they are complying with the law with wearing mask just for everybody safety and to be able to continue to stay open. Plenty of parking and the staff was very helpful in helping us trade off with the jet ski definitely going back I recommend this place for families that want to have lasting memories in big Bear. God bless.

Based off the reviews, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the customer service that I received! I called right before a holiday weekend to reserve some jet skis and spoke with Lindsey who was incredibly kind and patient when I changed my mind a couple times. She was great to answer all of my questions and put all of my concerns at ease. Our appointment was at 6:00 PM on a Saturday evening so I imagine the staff was tired and ready for the day to be over. We arrived at our appointment and were met with nothing but fantastic customer service in the front office. The lady who trained us on the jet ski answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable prior to riding the jet ski. Everyone one the dock was super fun and helpful! My husband and I really enjoyed our time and the service that we received. Please don’t let the bad reviews deter you from renting from this business - they are great!
