Have never come across a company so inept at simple day to day business activity. Less than helpful and arent willing to acknowlage when they have facts wrong. Would avoid at all cost.

Well i can't fault the service i have received from Farrow and Farrow. They are very punctual and they took beautiful photos of my house. Bookings for viewings to my house were made in a way that was blocked together so that it wasn't taking up too much of my time. Emma has been ever the professional and Peter went out of his way to help me one day when i was locked out of my house and he arrived with the spare key for me. This was all throughout lockdown too may i add. Other agents are not advising viewers to take the necessary precautions while viewing homes like Farrow and Farrow are which just shows how much they care. Highly recommended.
We put our property on the market in January With Farrow & Farrow and it sold within 10 days. We have received great customer service from both Peter & Emma even in these difficult times during lockdown. Emma’s images of our property were fantastic which really got buyers through the door. Awful customer service. No one responds and have been promised a call back to book in a viewing several times *** - in response to the below comment from Farrow & Farrow. This review is not false and this is the second time Emma has suggested that I am lying about being promised a call back by one of her members of staff. I suggest you take some time to improve and better your business processes and communication, rather than accuse your potential customers of lying, and challenging my honest review about my experience.
Two viewings lined up before the property was on the market, property was not even live for 24 hours and it was sold! Emma and Peter go above and beyond to help and they provided a first class service throughout. Would always recommend!
