I had an issue with my Golf Stream Trolley which is fantastic for the price. Silent and keeps the golf bag perfectly placed. After looking at the Golf Stream website, which pointed me (nearest) in the direction of the Golf Trolley Workshop Farnham, with trepidation I used the standard e mail response form, within 1 hour Peter had called me back, I dropped the unit off to him and he quickly diagnosed a poorly Control Circuit Board. He then called Golf Stream to locate a part, which was provided free of charge. He fitted this and charged me a small fee. Perfect and all within 3 days from drop off to collection. I actually brought the trolley on a well known auction web site from a small Golf Dealer. Although I was going to, I could not bring my self to buy either well known brand at 3 times the price or tell the wife! Hence my complete surprise that Golf Stream supplied the control board FOC. After my Golfstream trolley decided to stop working, I took it to The Golf Trolley Workshop and found the owner to be absolutely brilliant and very reasonably priced! Unfortunately the part I required wasn't due in for over 4 weeks, so the owner kindly loaned me a trolly for the duration! I can only say if you have an electric trolley and have problems, without doubt Peter Is the man to go to. Thank you Peter fantastic service.
