really gone down hill since the engage consult nonsense has been set up, you are expected to stop what you are doing and fill out forms on line in if you don't have access to this facility when your on site. What are these people thinking about with this system, a simple request for call back from a Doctor is a ball ache!! .. how is this helping when people are feeling unwell? .. poor and I'll conceived system

Only just registered, requested some more medication this morning and the prescription was ready before lunch. Positive so far. Hopefully when I do need to visit and see someone the experience is just as positive. Thanks to the dispensing staff and the doctor who issued it so quickly.
Worst have been in faringdon for more the 3 years register at this gp have many consulting with the doctor,now I need one appointment and for second time saying I'm not registered there and for second time ask me to fill up all the form again to be register may self for the second time,very disorganised Gp and not solve the problem.I'm felling Horrible.
Totally agree with the comments made about the online system of booking when all you want to do is talk to a human.
Efficient, Professional and friendly Doctors, Nurses, Admin Staff and Pharmacy . Can be highly recommended.
